Their putting course is one of the only 18 hole putting courses in California. Beautifully landscaped with water features this new state of the art putting surface is unique to their course.
The course plays to a 9-hole par-27 and maximum 9-hole distance of 1,182 yards.
Grayson Woods closed in 2015 and the 25 acre property was put up for sale with an estimated asking price of 3 to 4 million dollars. The property is designated as open space in the general plan and changing its use would require an amendment to the general plan and a zoning change. And that is on top of the required environmental impact report.
